Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pop-Up Path Inc., you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Platform Description

Pop-Up Path Inc. is a vendor discovery and market listing platform connecting vendors, event organizers, and customers across Canada.

We do not guarantee vendor revenue, event attendance, business performance, or customer outcomes.

Vendor & Organizer Accounts

Vendors and organizers must provide accurate and complete information.

Vendors and organizers are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraud
  • Misrepresentation
  • Inappropriate content
  • Non-payment
  • Violation of these Terms

Payment Processing

All subscription memberships and event participation fees are processed exclusively through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize Pop-Up Path Inc. and Stripe to charge applicable fees. Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Failed payments may result in account suspension.

Membership Structure

Memberships are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the original billing date unless cancelled. Pop-Up Path Incorporated reserves the right to introduce annual or alternative billing options in the future.

Cancellation Policy

Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or Stripe payment portal.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. Access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Partial months are not prorated.

Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid renewal. Pop-Up Path Inc. is not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel prior to the renewal date.

Pause Policy

Vendors may request one (1) subscription pause per calendar year for up to three (3) consecutive months. Pause requests must be submitted before the next billing date. No retroactive pauses will be granted. Approved pauses preserve Founder or legacy pricing. Additional pauses may be granted at the sole discretion of Pop-Up Path Inc. upon written request.

Founder Pricing

Founder pricing is reserved for early participating vendors organizers and remains valid while the account remains in good standing. Abuse of pause policies, repeated failed payments, or policy violations may result in loss of Founder status at the Company’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Pop-Up Path Incorporated is not responsible for:

  • Vendor performance or business success
  • Event cancellations
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Financial losses
  • Platform downtime
  • Third-party service interruptions

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All Pop-Up Path Inc. branding, trademarks, logos, and platform content remain company property.

Vendors retain ownership of their submitted content but grant Pop-Up Path Inc. a non-exclusive license to display and promote such content on the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
